Six goals seeded today. Each walks you through 2-4 questions and ends at: a form you actually file (with primary-source URL + due date), a computation with a deep-link into the relevant tool with your answers pre-filled, a route into a richer tool (entity-choice, compare-states), or an out-of-scope warning when the tool can’t honestly help.
